JOB REPONSIBILITY
- Presenting Unit Program as direction to achieve target, and translating functional strategy, narrowing Management Contract (KM) down, composing unit’s performance indicator.
- Achieving Unit’s target expansively by disseminating Unit’s Program to his/her team, formulating Individual Performance Target (SKI), alocating resource appropriately, implementing programs defined, monitoring and reviewing achievement of SKI
periodically. - Ensuring implementation of internal control and risk control consitently through monitoring directly towards all process, risk mapping, risk mitigation planning, creating risk report periodically.
- Managing all sales activities in respective region to ensure target achievement on sales, revenue, profit and collection.
- Tracking the sales performance with regular reports based on key quantitative metrics.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining a qualified pipeline of opportunities to achieve targeted growth.
- Managing customer retention & loyalty, including commercial negotiation and agreements.
- Monitoring market trend and providing regular competitor analysis.
- Preparing sales / activity report.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in any Major, preferably Master in Business, Management;
- Experienced ICT Sales professional with 4 - 8 years in the industry, bringing significant strategic planning and client engagement expertise.
